At Boutique Express, we understand that there could be times when you may want to cancel an order for various reasons. While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.
Most products at Boutique Express are made for order and we start processing the order, as soon as the order is received. Therefore, No cancellations could be accepted beyond 24 hours of placing the order. Only orders that are cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for cash refunds.
In any unforeseen circumstance, if you choose to cancel an order beyond 24 hours, cancellations would not be accepted. If on a special case, the cancellation is accepted, NO cash refunds would be possible for all these orders. Refunds would be issued only in the form of Gift vouchers.
Although, you may not be able to cancel your order yourself, you may contact the Customer Engagement Team through Livechat, Phone or email, within 24 hours of placing the order, in case you wish to cancel your order.
You would receive a full refund of the order/ product value, only if the cancellation request is raised with 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond 24 hours of order placing, you would be eligible to receive only a gift voucher that you could use in your next purchase, in the same estore, on which the initial order was placed.
Refunds can be made to the Credit/ Debit card that you used while placing the order. At no circumstance, refunds can be made to any other credit/ debit card. Refunds for orders placed using Bank transfer, will be done only through Gift vouchers.
